Job Summary:


This role is responsible for providing analytical support and implementations in the processes of: continuous improvement, validations, and operational standards for the manufacturing area.

Analyze and develop reports for providing on-time information for decision-making about production processes, line capacity, productivity, safety, quality assurance, and performance standards.

Analyze OEE and SPC information for the lines, identify improvement opportunities, and propose continuous improvement initiatives. Provide administrative support to assure compliance with the validation's Gant for new lines/equipment and existing processes. Define performance standards, optimization of processes and validation of new products in the manufacturing operating rooms.


Key Duties / Responsibilities:


Sourcing & supply Chain
Validation leader for manufacturing equipment, components, packaging, and revalidations. Analysis and trends of process effectiveness (OEE) and line capacity.

Identify key constraints in manufacturing processes (mixing and filling).

Ensure material cycle time records and updates of all production lines. Statistical Control Process applied to key manufacturing areas and variables. Lead the development and updating of metrics to identify opportunities and develop trend analysis.

Validate new ingredients and processes, as well as equipment from the different lines.

Manage the OEE database to update, trends and behaviors of production lines. Keep the performance standards of the manufacturing area updated and propose improvements in the area.

Update engineering process documents to establish optimal standards within company requirements.

Create metrics based on previous reports that show the status of production equipment related to engineering processes.

Provide support to the change management processes related to the production area.

Generate robust validation protocols for documentary evidence.

Support for workload balance analysis at all manufacturing processes. Implement and develop OE and Lean Manufacturing tools.


Other Activities

  • Participate in the different health, environmental, and safety initiatives or programs implemented in the work.
  • Participate in the elaboration of the risk matrices in work.
  • Training for manufacturing employees about continuous improvement and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Coordinate the creation and follow up of the PR's and PO's, reception of the materials, and delivery in the different manufacturing rooms.

Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:


Experience

  • 3 years in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Operations / Logistic / QA

Knowledge

  • Manufacturing processes
  • Data analysis
  • SAP
  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Operational Excellence / Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, Structured Problem Solving,
  • Safety and Environmental culture
  • Project management and change management.
  • KORE, quality norms ISO 9000,14000, 45000
  • Office 365, Power apps (desirable)

Educational Requirements:

University / Bachelor's degree in Engineering Industrial, Mechanic, Electrical, Food, and Chemist

Analysis:


  • Constraints and opportunities in terms of mixing and filling processes
  • OEE losses reduction
  • SPC implementation and corrective actions for outofcontrol processes

Judgment and Decision-Making:


  • Recommendation for new technologies or process changes to be implemented (change management)
  • Update local procedures or programs to be aligned with KORE and new updates/releases.
  • Projects selection matrix to prioritize resources Vs impact.

Working Conditions:


  • Manufacturing areas with hot surfaces, hazardous materials, and operating equipment.
  • Warehouse operations at the same site with forklifts and racks.

Travel Requirements:


  • Less than 10% Mexico City and State of Mexico
