Job Summary


Reporting to the Global IT Director, the Logistics Analyst is responsible for the information, processes and costs analysis of the different logistics department' sub-areas, to recommend optimizations that lead to more efficiency, minimize expenses and delivery times in the service that the department delivers to the different areas of the organization, Logistics Analyst will be interacting with the financial and operations departments of the different suppliers that serve us to analyze and implement improvements in the processes together with them, as well as present detailed reports that show these recommendations, improvements and savings clearly to management.


This person will be based in our CDMX offices as part of our Mexico Support System Team and will report directly to our US based operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Run deep cost analysis with external vendors and business partners such as Fleet Vehicles vendors, Fuel vendors, Shipping Vendors, etc.
  • Identify improvement opportunities on the Logistics supply chain.
  • Give improvement recommendations for cost/procedures to management with a clear financial and process analysis on tools like Excel, Salesforce, Power Bi, etc.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards of current status vs improvements and recommendations.
  • Assist to implement improvements within the logistics team and other Departments.
  • Track changes to SOP's, create logs and document them.
  • Help supporting Logistics different subdepartments when needed, Shipping, Fleet Management, Uniforms issuing, Procurement, etc.
  • Monitoring of monthly department expenses and invoices allocation.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
  • Revise procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or nonconformity issues.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent use of Excel and other Office 365 Tools (Data Bases are a plus)
  • Experience handling external vendors' relationships, analysis, and improvements
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
  • An analytical mind able to "see" the complexities of procedures, costs, and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English Level should be enough to communicate to vendors in writing and understand a large amount of documentation data
  • Experience in any Logistics industry is a plus
  • Experience managing vehicles fleets is a plus
