- Develop, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python 3.9+ and SQL (preferably Postgres) to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Monitor CI/CD processes rigorously to guarantee uninterrupted functioning of ETL pipelines.
- Coordinate closely with clinical data analysts to prioritize and extract patient-based data, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from stakeholders regarding patient-level data, providing timely and accurate information.
- Package and deliver ETL pipeline outputs to AWS S3, enabling seamless client access.
- Seamlessly manage multiple ETL pipelines and collaborate effectively with CSS stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations and drive improvements in code and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing data pipelines or working on data-intensive software applications.
- Proficiency in Python 3.9+ and strong expertise in SQL, with a preference for experience with Postgres.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills using version control tools like Git and merge requests.
- Prior experience with at least one ETL tool, along with the ability to troubleshoot and debug data-related issues.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with non-technical stakeholders.
