The Community Development Anlyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree

Le reporta a la subdirección de Educación Financiera

Consolidar la estrategia educativa de contenido y comunicación digital de educación financiera en redes sociales. Con interacción con los equipos de marketing y otras áreas de negocio.

Proponer y desarrollar el tono de contenidos digitales para redes sociales.

Coordinar el proceso de aprobaciones del material

Liderar la actualización del sitio de Educación Financiera teniendo comunicación con diversas áreas internas

Velar por que el material de redes sociales salga en las fechas correspondientes.

Coordinar que las redes sociales de Educación Financiera Citibanamex estén actualizadas, manteniendo una comunicación directa con la agencia.

Requerimientos

Licenciatura en educación, psicología, finanzas u otras ciencias sociales
Comprensión y escritura de inglés
Escritura y gramática
Paquetería: Word, Excel y PPT

Opcional

Formación en educación financiera o finanzas personales
Formación en estrategias de divulgación
Formación sobre digital content

Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintos puntos de la ciudad ocasionalmente.
