Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Understand & manage complexities and dependencies across tasks and activities that can affect project performance
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
Manage relationships between IT Organization and Business Stakeholders
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Step in as a team player when needed to help with business analysis, testing or training activities
Manage written and oral communications for project or team tasks including reporting, meetings and facilitating project conversations or workshops when needed
Define, measure, and communicate project KPIs to evaluate the health of the project and quality of project delivery
Collect, measure, and communicate outstanding issues and bugs, ensuring prompt resolution

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least two to four years related experience and/or training with a proven track record, any product or industry certification in SAP area a plus.
Excellent communication skills and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Selfstarter and have the ability to learn existing and new tools and technologies.
