Job summary
The Senior Associate Digital Renewal Representative is responsible for managing multiple customer renewal cycles across regional accounts.
+- Execute end to end renewal motions, streamlining workflows and minimizing manual intervention.
- Closing customer renewals to protect and retain the existing customer base, ensuring accuracy and on time execution.
- Drive and close seat expansion opportunities at the time of renewal using standard sales plays.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, renewals, account management or customer facing sales roles.
