Customer Support for a Contact Center in Guadalajara - Base Salary 11,000.00 pesos + Bonuses

fully bilingual/fluent English employees to join our team. We are currently looking for
customer support agents - phone agents - case managers.

Qualifications:

Fully Bilingual
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B
C1

In Office position

Live in Guadalajara.
6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
High School Diploma.
Unfinished degrees are welcome too

Basic Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.

Activities:

Administrative tasks
Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Provide updates to customers

Base salary 11,000.00 pesos

Monday to Friday
