We are hiring:
Bilingual Accounting Assistant (experience in automotive industry preferred).


Requirements:


  • Lic in accounting, finance or similar podria ser Bachelor's degree in Business, accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel is a must, Power BI a plus
  • 3 years of experience working with Payoll, Working with US Payroll is a plus
  • ADVANCED ENGLISH (you will have constant communication with personnel in the USA, so language proficiency is necessary)
  • Have your own car.

Activities:

  • Major duties and responsabilities
  • Payroll Draft
  • Payroll Run
  • Follow up to the Payroll Nonconformities mailbox to resolve employees queries
  • Record transactions on Quickbooks and Contpaq Comercial
  • Payroll KPI's
  • Management of Travel Arragements
  • End of Month reports
