    Descripción

    SUPERVISOR DE PRODUCCIONConocimientos:

    • Matemáticas y estadísticas básicas.
    • Análisis y optimización de procesos.
    • Manejo de sistemas de calidad.
    • Control estadístico de procesos.
    • Planificación de programas de producción.
    • Manejo de Office.

    Habilidades:

    • Liderazgo.
    • Habilidad para delegar.
    • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
    • Orientación a resultados.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
    • Capacidad para resolver problemas.
    • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.

    Responsabilidades:


    • Supervisar la producción diaria.
    • Controlar el avance, el consumo de materia prima y cumplimiento en procesos de elaboración.
    • Vigilar que cumplan con los lineamientos de calidad los procesos de producción.
    • Realizar reportes de producción.
    • Coordinar acciones y proyectos de mejora continua.
    • Capacitación del personal a cargo, así como evaluar su desempeño.
    • Cumplimiento en seguridad interna de producción.
    • Arranque de Producción.
    • Coordinar el requerimiento de materias primas para el cumplimiento del programa de producción.
