GENERAL SUMMARY:Supervisory position with 4-6 engineers, responsible for processes implementation, balancing,
tooling and equipment for Fabrication.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop the skills and competencies of the Welding Manufacturing Team.
Coordinate Welding Manufacturing Team Activities.
Evaluate progression (PMP & PDP) of Welding Manufacturing Team.
Strong 360 relationships and Synergy.
Lead the introduction of new platforms and/or model year changes.
Influence R&D decisions towards DFM.
Continuously seek for make opportunities (growth) with NPD Project Leader.
Budget and forecast preparation for Capital and Expenses.
Assure safety and quality compliances.
Understand our supply chain to optimize our internal process flow and improve the SQFT

usage.
