We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Campaign Operation Analyst


Principal accountabilities:


  • Responsible of cover sourcing of data and building structured databases, designing data marts generating Business Insights.

Key responsibilities also include but not limited to:

creation and continuous update of these datasets, to support analysis, direct marketing campaigns and reporting, identify opportunities for data monetization, leverage Business intelligence (BI) and Visualization tools to deliver key business insights and develop self-serve Business intelligence (BI) solutions to empower the business to make informed decisions.

The team members embed agile delivery methodologies to continuously keep refining the data models using new and emerging techniques. This team also acts as a bridge between IT (information Technologies) and the business stakeholders.

  • Understand, maintain, and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and system processes. Engage with stakeholders to understand Customer Relationship Management (CRM) current necessities or pain points and gather business requirements to solve them.
  • Willingness to execute codes and learn from them through trial error.
  • Diagnoses underlying problems related to integrity of information deliverables. Consults with functional manager, business unit personnel, systems analysts and other endusers on issues impacting the project timelines and deliverables
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of programming tools, preferably with proficiency in any one or combination of tools such as SQL (Programming language), databases (not excel), SAS (software), Unix (operating systems), VBA (programming language), Qlik (business analytics platform), R (Programming language), Python (Programming language), and any other BI tools & Campaign Manager tools across any of the platforms UNIX (operating systems), mainframe or Windows. (strong technical skills)
  • Knowledge of Data Modelling and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as PEGA (lowcode platform), Salesforce to be added here. Knowledge of terminology such as Campaign manager & Decision engine
  • Advanced English language skills.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience, it can come from a computer science, information systems, systems engineering or other engineering specialization,
  • Experience working with large datasets to target segmented audiences, SQL & SAS experience is a must.
