Talent Acquisition Analyst

Main Purpose


The Talent Acquisiton Analyst will be responsible for scheduling process for the internal & external staffing process, within a specific area of business, function or geography.


Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Execute and deliver interview scheduling for US.
  • Good customer service.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements timing and delivery.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics driven organization.

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Psychology, HR or related).
  • 1 year of professional experience in HR (desirable)
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Proficient English oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with all levels throughout the organization by way of excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong followthrough skills.
  • Collaborative teammate.
  • Appreciate the need to always handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Displays curiosity and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
  • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations.
