Your role:


  • Responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support monitoring tools.
  • Oversees problem identification, system architecture definition/specification and implementation.
  • Customer education, solution monitoring, and system restoration
  • Focus on Philips solutions with the aiming of customer success.

You're the right fit if:


  • Alert resolution and ticket management.
  • Experience with PACS and RIS systems.
  • Technical Skills on OS (windows Server
  • Basic networking understanding (VLAN, Load Balancer, Switches).
  • Basic knowledge on Database (SQL, Oracle)
  • Intermediate to advanced English skills
