- Provide customer workshops to define the detailed product requirements.
- Prepares material and gives product related training to end users and administrators in order to achieve well trained users who are able to use the product.
- Perform installations and technical setups of the platform, onsite at clients or through a remote connection
- Pro actively keeps knowledge and skills up to date in order to be able to perform an excellent job.
- Performs administrative tasks on time and makes sure the information given is precise and complete, according to regulations, in order to keep the administration accurate and precise.
- Prepares contents and leads sessions for colleagues in order to share knowledge and experiences in own and other departments.
- Actively contributing to delivering functional, technical or project information to sales that can be used as input for commercial proposals or as information documents.
