As a Process Leader for Assembly - Offline, you will be leading and plan tasks in your team including training, attendance, shift schedule, recruiting, qualification and development of your personnel.

In collaboration with other Assembly supportareas and functions, you will be responsible for ensuring production volumens, coordinating implement materal rebalances, perform root causes analysis whenever theres a deviation (Organizational, quality) withinthe productions lines, all this making sure that you main KPIs are accomplished or placing countermeasures in order to achive targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree inElectronics,Mechatronic, Robotics or anyrelated field of study.
3+ years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
Good communication, teamwork and problemsolving methodologies.
Leadership experience (group, team, or project

- lead).
