del empleoAdministrar los Sistemas de Gestion de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente, y gestionar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos de ESH legales y corporativos.
Desarrollar conceptos, procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo para la protección del medio ambiente, seguridad y salud ocupacionalLiderar BBS en planta.
Asegurar que la documentación del sistema de Gestión de ESH está actualizada y organizada en POMs.Implementar y mantener la certificación del sistema de gestión ISO 14001, e ISO 45001, para dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos de los clientes y de ESH Central.
Gestionar la información necesaria para completar los reportes.Asesorar a las partes interesada(Gerentes, responsables de área) sobre como dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos del sistema de Gestión de ESH.Evaluar las regulaciones (legales y otras) para la implementación de procesos e instalaciones y asesorar a la gerencia cómo se pueden cumplir en el sitio.
Gestionar los procesos de permisos con las autoridades para las operaciones de las instalaciones que requieren permisos o autorizaciones.Establecer los procesos de evaluación y monitoreo continuo del cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental.
Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional a proveedores y clientes externos e internos que sean relevantes al sistema de Gestión.

RequisitosBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical and/or Electrical, Chemical or similar) or bachelor's degree in Management (with verifiable ESH experience).Experience in ESH Regulations handling.
Certified Auditor in ISO-14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 Systems.ESH engineer with experience in automotive or manufacturing companies.
Project Management Administration (Intermediate).
English (advanced:
