We are thrilled to be opening our first contact center in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Human Resources Manager to support our employees on-site in Guadalajara.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will:

  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of human resources staff in assigned human resources function(s) and/or at facilities in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, rules and laws.
  • Provide counsel and guidance to managers regarding employee relations issues; maintain records related to employee relations issues.
  • Support the performance management process for assigned locations and departments; ensure all employee evaluations are completed on time and correctly processed; analyze performance information and makes recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement plans.
  • Oversee and process employee separations, ensuring compliance with policies, rules, and laws.
  • Collect, track and review turnover and attrition statistics; compile data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll documents.
  • Represent CyraCom favorably to the public; perform human resources related outreach activities such as liaison to employment agencies, background investigation providers, advertising sources, etc., as assigned by Director or AVP of Human Resources.
  • Extract data from HRIS and other databases; analyze data, review, edit and write reports/documents and make recommendations for assigned human resources functional area(s).
  • Assist in organization training and development efforts; coordinate with managers and supervisors to determine employee training needs; administer supervisory training and staff development programs.
  • Write, revise, edit and proofread job descriptions and related documents.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Participate in Human Resources and supervisory staff meetings.
  • Travel from regular office location for meetings, training, presentations, and related human resources activities, as needed.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and selfmotivation using personal initiative to identify and recommend best practices.
  • Demonstrate a continued commitment to professional education and industry best practices.
  • Agree to and support CyraCom's Human Resources Code of Conduct.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

As a Human Resources Manager, you must have:

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and concepts and other analytical tools used in human resources processes.
  • Sufficient computer knowledge to quickly learn and work on a daily basis with an enterprise HRIS system.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills to accomplish a high volume of competing work assignments and routine duties within established deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and risk assessment skills.
  • Ability to respond appropriately and work effectively in highly stressful situations, including dealing with angry or upset employees, accomplishing work within tight deadlines or working long hours, and/or communicating unpopular or complex policies or procedures.
  • Exceptional commitment to confidentiality in sensitive human resource matters.
  • Ability to organize, convene and chair a meeting to achieve state outcomes/objectives.
  • Ability to operate competently common office equipment, including, but not limited to, computer, fax, copier and telephone system.

As a Human Resources Manager, you must be:

  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.
  • Skilled at timely addressing uncomfortable or difficult employee performance issues and situations, working towards an effective resolution.
  • Skilled at preparing presentations and delivering them to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Skilled at researching and analyzing data, identifying trends, preparing written reports of findings and making oral presentations of findings.
  • Skilled at communicating effectively
