    • 1-2yearsofHRGeneralistexperience
    • Bachelor'sdegreeorabovewithmajorinHumanResources,Finance orBusinessAdministrationispreferred
    • Good generalist knowledge in personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, Mexican Labor law, performance management and personnel information systems are required
    • Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures in a global environment
    • Excellentcommunicationskills
    • Mustbebilingual;fluentinEnglish
    • Experience in multinational environmentispreferred
    • Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self- discipline,ownershipandaccountabilityarerequired
    • Goodskillsonactivelistening,logic&criticalthinking,judgement& decision making, complex problem solving, time management and good team spirit are required
