About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kerry, you'll be an expert in sourcing and delivering high-quality talent. Your role involves building a strong talent pipeline to establish Kerry as the preferred destination for top-notch professionals in North America. You will play a vital role in connecting Kerry with top talent.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and providing regular updates.
Develop talent-sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner with HRBPs and Functional Leads to understand talent requirements.
Collaborate with GBS teams for a seamless recruitment process from candidate contact to onboarding.
Prioritize candidate experience and promote diversity, inclusion, and company culture.
Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes and use of the applicant tracking system.
Work with internal teams and partners to enhance recruitment processes and candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with external agencies or partners as needed.
Implement recruitment marketing strategies for timely hiring needs.

Qualifications and skills

3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or similar field.
Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on Mexico and LATAM countries, particularly Brazil.
Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging talented individuals.
Strong track record in aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent organizational skills.
