    Estamos buscando un Production Unit ME Engineer para nuestra localidad en Chihuahua

    Responsabilidades laborales

  • Diseño de Procesos, métodos de trabajo para programas nuevos y mejora continua de los programas en producción.
  • Coordinación de las mejoras anuales de los estándares de producción y el incremento de las eficiencias.
  • Documentación APQP (AMEF, Ml'S, etc.).
  • Ingeniería de Manufactura de acuerdo con procesos estándar de ZF y seguir el proceso de introducción de nuevos productos
  • Trabajar con programas y proyectos durante la vida del producto, desde lanzamiento hasta la terminación de la vida del programa
  • Administrar cambios de ingeniería (producto y proceso) solicitados por el cliente y cambios de ingeniería internos VAVE, actividades de reducción de costos, mejora continua de producto/proceso Mejoras de estándares de Ingeniería Enfoque en Calidad y satisfacción del cliente
  • KPIs internos como Seguridad, OEE, Eficiencia/ Productividad/PPP DL, Costo, etc.

    • Las actividades anteriores requieren alineación y coordinación con Ingeniería de Producto, Ventas, Compras, Calidad y otros accionistas relevantes. El Ingeniero de Manufactura es interfase con todas las áreas involucradas en el alcance del Proyecto, debe asegurar la implementación exitosa de procesos y productos y al mismo tiempo balancear demanda, tiempos y costos.

    Perfil

  • Experiencia y habilidades necesarias Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Mecánico o similar (Preferentemente)
  • Experiencia en Robots/Cobots deseada.
  • De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en la industria, de preferencia en el área de seguridad automotriz
  • Conocimientos de IATF / ISO / ISO/ISO
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de solucion de problemas y 8D`S
  • Deseable conocimiento en Lean manufacturing
  • Conocimientos en AMEF y Control Plan
  • Microsoft Office
  • Ingles fluido ( Preferentemente)
  • Diseño de Procesos, métodos de trabajo para programas nuevos y mejora continua de los programas en producción.
  • Coordinación de las mejoras anuales de los estándares de producción y el incremento de las eficiencias.
  • Documentación APQP (AMEF, Ml'S, etc.).
  • Dispositivos a prueba de error y SPC-5S y Manufactura Esbelta
  • ISO/TS, IATF e ISO
  • Balanceo de líneas y nivelación de producción
  • Liderazgo, proactivo y capáz de trabajar en equipo
