About the Position:

As a _Senior Production Support _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Monitor SQL Server instances to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Serverrelated issues
Respond to production incidents and support requests in a timely manner
Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system administrators to address performance and availability issues
Ensure that all SQL Server instances are backed up and that backup data is stored securely
Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans for SQL Server environments
Develop and maintain SQL Server monitoring and reporting tools
Continuously improve SQL Server performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks

_Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production SQL Server instances _:

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation related to SQL Server environments
Troubleshoot SSIS packages and cmd tasks ,.scp)

Requirements:

5 + years of software project management experience
Upper intermediate English proficiency
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
At least 3 years of experience in a production support role with a focus on SQL Server
Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Experience with SQL Server Always On, and clustering
Experience with backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies for SQL Server environments
Proficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting
Experience with SQL Server monitoring tools like DataDog
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
