We are seeking to recruit an experienced professional from the SOFOM/Credit/debt collection industry in Mexico, with good networks to debt collection agents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attracting new collection agents to the business.
  • Conducting interviews with prospects.
  • Managing onboarding, training and dismissal activities.
  • Designing and implementing performance matrix and appraisal systems
  • Employment relationship management.
  • Working closely with stakeholders ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a SOFOM/Debt Collection buisness.
  • Experience recruiting for debt collection agents.
  • Startup or scaleup experience, we are expecting a swift growth in staff members over the next 12 month.
  • Fluent and clear spoken English.

Job Type:
Permanent


Pay:
$25, $35,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Credit Agency/SOFOM industry: 2 years (required)
