    _     Planeación y estrategias de RRHH Control y reporte de KPI's (rotación, ausentismo)

    Clima organizacional favorable Administraciónde los recursos humanos Elaboración de políticas y procedimientos Plan de capacitación Covertura de vacantes administrativas Estrategías de reclutamiento masivo operativo Técnicas y filtros para asegurar al mejor talento*Relaciones laborales Desarrollo y control de estrategias de RRHH generales, sistemas, tácticas y procedimientos de la organización Fomento para un entorno laboral favorable
    Requisitos:
    _ Sexo indistinto, que cumpla la mayoría de edad Lic en Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales o afín.

    5 años de expereiencia en puesto similar Sólidos conocimientos y experiência en R& S Disponibilidad de horario*Sin problemas de traslado
    Ofrecemos:
