Molex CMS product team is seeking an Electrical Engineer to share our passion for solution development and delivery to join the team in our plant in El Salto, Jalisco.

What You Will Do

Lead design and development of products for our newest and fastgrowing segment.
Collaborate globally with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop consumer device integration products such USB connectivity and charging ports, and integrated device access modules.
Support product development teams designing product platforms within the North American Segment.
Have direct customer engagement supporting technical requests, reviews, and problemsolving activities.
Prepare and present technical proposals and reviews and create detailed technical requirements, lowlevel circuit designs, and test plans
Guide product designers for integrated mechanical, thermal, PCB, and firmware product solutions
Coordinate engineering verification of prototypes through phaseddevelopment process
Actively support technical problemsolving throughout the product development lifecycle

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

BS in Electrical, Electronics OR related experience
Experience defining, designing, testing, and launching embedded electronic systems with emphasis on highspeed communications, power conversion, and inductive magnetics
Circuit design and measurement for optimal EMC/EMI performance
Experience with tolerance analysis (worst case circuit analysis)
Willing and able to travel up to 20% mostly within Mexico and USA
Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently

What Will Put You Ahead

Working knowledge of design for signal integrity
Regulatory lab experience
Automotive electronics experience (CAN, LIN, DV, PV, PPAP)
Experience with USB-IF standards
