- Create production plans that allow sales forecasts to be met.
- Maintains constant communication of the status of production plans with sales, customer service, production, and quality departments.
- Works hand in hand with the import-export department to provide adequate follow-up of the raw materials orders from the supplier's issuance until receipt at the Tijuana plant.
- Carry out a monthly review of the raw material inventory, avoiding having excess or shortage of materials.
- Constantly reviews the available capacities in the production lines and makes adjustments or improvements to ensure the level of demand from our customers.
- Monitor the progress of production plans to identify potential bottlenecks and generate mitigation actions.
- Schedule material deliveries with information based on production standards, customer requirements, and other relevant factors.
- Audits bills of materials ensuring the veracity of the information contained in materials management systems.
- Generates, modifies, and keeps up to date the standard operating procedures of your area.
- Actively participates in the health and safety committee.
- Fosters a respectful, healthy, and professional work environment aligning with the Printpack philosophy.
- Participates with other departments in problem analysis and root cause solutions when required.
- Keeps interruptions to production plans to a minimum and ensures that actions and systems are generated to prevent recurrences.
- Maintains constant and effective communication with its raw material suppliers to ensure compliance with customer-supplier commitments.
