Embedded Software Engineer

We have a position for an embedded software engineer who has significant experience with embedded software development within an AutoSAR environment.

Job Location:
Remote Flexible in Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will be doing:

Development PDUR
Work closely with software and system engineers to develop control module software
Software level testing and validation testing
Assure all engineering technical data is complete and accurately documented, establish and maintain technical files per the engineering processes, be cognizant of applicable certifications and product requirements.
Thoroughly document work performed via DCR system evaluations, and necessary technical reports.
Create and update SRSs (Software Requirements Specification)
Support Problem Report/Change Requests from other team members and different teams
Prepare and give technical presentations on completed DCRs to crossfunctional teams

***- Experience with AutoSAR PDUR

Realtime embedded software architecture and engineering principals.
Experience with component based layered software architectures principles.
Experience in designing software systems using industry standard communication protocols (e.g. CAN2.0, CANFD, UDS, XCP, Ethernet, etc.)

What you'll need to be successful:
***- 2+ years of relevant experience within embedded software development

Minimum Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent.
AutoSAR experience, Adaptive or Classic is required
Base software development (BSW) is required
PDUR experience is required
Vector tool chain (Da Vinci Configurator, etc.)
Communication protocol experience (CAN2.0, CANFD, UDS, XCP, Ethernet, etc.)
Microcontroller experience
