Job Description

The Senior Business Strategy Analyst is responsible for driving the analytical backbone that supports strategic decision‑making across the business. This role leads the development of forecasts, performance analyses, and data‑driven insights that enable leadership to understand business trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and align execution with long‑term strategic goals.

This position partners closely with Cross functional teams to deliver clear, actionable recommendations based on advanced analytics, scenario modeling, KPI tracking, and business performance evaluation.

Key Responsabilities:

Performance Analysis

• Analyze business performance vs. plan, forecast, and prior year, identifying drivers, variances, and actionable insights
• Build executive‑ready dashboards and scorecards to track KPIs across revenue, POS, shipments, inventory, mix, and margin
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership

Forecasting & Scenario Modeling

• Develop and maintain forecasting models to project business performance under different scenarios.
• Lead forecast cycles, aligning assumptions across cross‑functional teams and ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Conduct risk & opportunity assessments, sensitivity analyses, and long‑term projection modeling

Strategic Insights & Planning

• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, annual planning, AOP development, and long‑range planning
• Identify market trends, business risks, growth opportunities, and operational gaps through data‑driven analysis
• Influence decision‑making by creating business cases and strategic recommendations.

Cross‑Functional Partnership

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and senior leadership to align insights and recommendations with business priorities.
• Support leadership reviews (WPR/QBR/MBR) with synthesized insights and forward‑looking analysis.
• Ensure teams operate with consistent KPIs, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.

Data Governance & Excellence

• Validate data accuracy, ensure consistency across systems, and drive continuous improvement of reporting tools
• Mentor junior analysts in analytical best practices and problem‑solving approaches

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• English Fluent
• Advanced capability in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial/forecasting models.
• Ability to simplify complex datasets into clear and compelling insights.
• Excellent communication and executive‑ready storytelling.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence decisions.
• Proven experience in forecasting, strategic planning, performance analysis, or FP&A.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP, BPC, or similar systems (plus).
