- Manage daily operation including new orders, payment procedures, inventory returns, work with logistics and planning teams. Manage deliveries, returns and refunds.
- Co-Work with marketing team members to execute digital marketing activations to leverage traffic for both brand awareness and sales impact
- Measure, and analyse KPIs such as sales growth, average ticket value, conversion rate, and others for online marketing campaigns and search engines.
- Monitor and co-work with marketing team to develop SEO/SEM corporate initiatives including product launches, social media and PR activities.
- Monitor and track current and emerging e-commerce trends utilizing web analytics and business tracking tools to maximize commercial impact of online and marketing activations
- Permanent cooperation with the e-commerce department at Swatch HQ in order to improve the quality and operation of the online store.

Drive a commercial, marketing and merchandising strategy for the digital marketplace prioritizing Corporate E-Comm, and including wholesalers; identify opportunities to improve customer connection with the brand, around product, shopping journey and brand exposure.
Focus on increasing sales and brand visibility across corporate e-comm, wholesale with key accounts (Liverpool, PH, Bizzarro), and digital marketplaces (MeLi-Privalia) aligned to country's commercial and marketing strategy.
