Customer Quality Engineer for operations in Ramos I (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila)

As a Customer Quality Engineer you will be responsible for maintain a quality management system process, through acceptance and rejection of the definition; analysis and testing of products for the correct decision making to meet the requirements of our Customers and Plant objectives; following the rules and policies of the Quality Management System, both internally and of the corporate.


YOUR TASK WILL BE

  • Review, analyze and give quick and effective solution to both internal and external quality problems, reported by residents or the customer.
  • Personal administration in charge, improve the personnel inspection system.
  • Perform, analyze and improve information and / or indicators of internal and external quality (Lear / customer).
  • Ensure compliance with plant and quality system targets/indicators
  • Participate and/or actively lead to reduce quality costs, improve process quality
  • Develop, control, implement and improve the Control Plan, Quality SWI, Quality Alerts, Visual Aids, procedures, or other documents inherent to the quality system
  • Implement corrective actions in audits of the process
  • Validate engineering changes (ensuring quality)
  • Perform audits of the process to prevent system failures
  • Stop the production process in case of Non-Conforming material or according to the quality system
  • Actively participate in compliance and monitoring of TS 16949 and ISO 14000
  • Responsible for GCA audits, Process (Disciplines).
  • Have the authority to stop the line in case of noncompliance with the customer's requirements
  • Participate in the quality, environment, health and safety system.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

3 years of experience in quality areas.

Core Tools, problem solving, customer requirements Standards TS16949, GD&T, SPC; preferentially.

Shainin

Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black belt).
