    Descripción

    Realiza los planes de requerimientos de materias primas a mediano y largo plazo, basándose en el plan de producción, pronóstico de ventas y níveles de inventario, programando códigos y cantidades de materia prima de acuerdo a la capacidad de los recursos existentes en las plantas y capacidad de entrega de los proveedores.

    Revisa los planes a detalle y la planificación de las materias primas con el objetivo de que los planes de producción se cumplan para mantener los níveles de inventario óptimos en los centros de distribución y mejorar continuamente el servicio al cliente.

    Identifica y lidera iniciativas de mejora en el área de materiales orientadas a la mejora en precios, flujo, confiablidad y procuración local de materiales con fuentes secundarias.

    Colaborar con el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y normas aplicables para asegurar que los dispositivos médicos son seguros y eficaces.

    Asegurar el suministro constante en tiempo, cantidad y calidad de materias primas que se haya acordado con las áreas de planeación de la producción.

    Analizar la variación en los consumos de materiales y disponibilidad diaria hacia el programa de producción.

    Liderear actividades de Mejora Continua en relacion a frecuencia de entrega, administración de PO's en sistema, mejora en MOQ's y tiempos de entrega; VMI's y stocking agreements, responsable del valor total de Inventario de Materia Prima de acuerdo a los níveles de producción requeridos Dar seguimiento al plan de producción, monitoreando el avance, para poder garantizar que los materiales necesarios estén disponibles de acuerdo al plan.
