- Develop and implement quality tests to ensure that the development meets client requirements, promptly detecting the causes of defects.
- Carry out documentation of tests and defects and follow up on reported bugs.
- Support in resolving customer-reported issues, providing assistance and guidance in cases escalated by support.
- Participate in development team meetings to contribute suggestions to ensure the quality of solutions.
- Identify areas of opportunity and improve the quality of processes and projects to develop solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Selenium Automation Engineer.
- Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks, e.g., Selenium.
- Experience as ManualTester .
- Strong expertise in front testing tools and frameworks, e.g., Cypress.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python) and scripting.
- Experience working under DevOps environments.
- Experience working on Scrum projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English level: +B2
- Hybrid mode in Tijuana or Hermosillo.
