    Áreas para desarrollarse:

    Headhunting

    • Consultorías de reclutamiento para diversas empresas a nivel nacional, apoyando en búsqueda, evaluación y entrevistas de candidatos potenciales.
    • Gestión de agendas.
    • Apoyo en proyectos de mejora continua del área.

    Consultoría RH

    • Apoyo en ejecución de proyectos y servicios de consultoría tanto operativos como estratégicos.
    • Apoyo en la gestión de agenda
    • Apoyo en la estandarización y sistematización de los proyectos y servicios de consultoría.
    • Apoyo en proyectos de mejora continua del área.

    Generalista de Recursos Humanos

    • Apoyo en procesos de reclutamiento.
    • Apoyo en eventos internos de la organización.
    • Comunicación interna.
    • Apoyo en el área de capacitación.

    Área de Datos

    • Enfoque en estandarización y sistematización de procesos
    • Recabación y conglomeración de información para el análisis de datos y riesgos
    • Generación de reportes y tableros para la toma de decisión estratégica
    • Auxiliar de propuesta y desarrollo de nuevos productos enfocados a los servicios del área de Consultoría


    Requisitos:
    • Inglés avanzado
    • Estudiante de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afín en semestres avanzados o próximo a graduarse.
    • Contar con disponibilidad para cubrir por lo menos 25 horas semanales.
    • Deseable contar con conocimientos en área de Recursos Humanos.
    • Disposición para trabajar en esquema presencial.
