Job Description

Support in the correct and efficient management of the resources of the Traffic and Customs department, this refers to the control and management of the flow of goods such as the budget allocated to meet the objectives of the department, seeking at all times to maintain the operability of the business generating profitability to the same.

Complementary Description

Elaboration of requisitions for transportation and other services
- Review and validation of invoices from suppliers / government entities
- Financial analysis for detecting savings opportunities in the área
- Receipt of invoices in ERP and tracking excel spreadsheets
- Purchase orders control
- Follow up in the invoices issues with suppliers
- Elaboration of financial/accounting indicators (level of expenses and invoice payment times).
- Invoice receipt dispute analysis and resolution
- Supervise the correct updating of the company's internal formats and procedures.
- Spreadsheets and dealing with suppliers
- Providing information to the corresponding areas to carry out necessary reports
