Team and Role Overview


Responsibilities:

Devising and implementing individual hiring strategies across businesses.
Initiating and supporting the development of process improvements, as necessary.
Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities
Support, influence, and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practices, interview, and selection techniques, and training as applicable
Skills And Requirements
Minimum 6-9 years of hands-on recruiting in technology or functional hiring across LATAM/Americas region
Significant experience recruiting into the Capital Markets industry and complex enterprise software solutions for the capital markets
Strong ability to leverage market data and people analytics to influence and drive strategic talent attraction strategies
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Very strong computer (MS Office) and ATS experience is a must - experience with Taleo would be advantageous
