Our format of the job is a consultancy for different projects, not tied to specific projects, technologies, or timelines.

IF YOU ARE

• Strong in analysis, requirements gathering, design, and development of enterprise application systems (at least 4+ years of progressive experience)
• Familiar with all technical concepts of Pega
• Good with complex technical rules such as complex integration, authentication, security, UI
• Great in implementing stories with little to no direction
• Competent with unit testing, and produces very few defects
• Positive personality with good leadership and communication skills
• Independent, adept multi-tasker and analytical
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment as well as working on a variety of assignments
• Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment to cover project needs

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work as part of a team to design, build, and support business process management (BPM) applications for our clients, including technical and business-related tasks
• Develop system features and functionality out of user requirements
• Design and develop user interfaces
• Be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining databases and critical computer systems
• Be accountable for the development of the application
• Focus on a particular process or UI form, and collaborate on the development
• Work with the entire project team to manage scope and deliver solutions on time and within budget
• Be responsible for providing high-quality consulting services on all project assignments
• Participate in practice initiatives, including Department Meetings and Lunch n' Learns
• Provide story estimates, and work day-to-day to deliver high-complexity stories
• Follow Pega's Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
• Complete applications using languages and software products, design and conduct test scripts and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages
