Job summary
We're looking for a Partnership Manager for TripleTen LATAM who will build and scale our B2C partnership channel in LATAM (Colombia and Mexico) — driving student enrollments through strategic partnerships with government agencies corporations universities content creators and media platforms.
What you will do
- Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and recruit strategic partners in Colombia and Mexico who can drive student enrollments government agencies requiring workforce reskilling corporations needing employee upskilling universities for continuing education partnerships content creators educators niche media platforms Build maintain long-term relationships with partners ensuring alignment on performance goals payment structures Structure partnership agreements based on qualified leads completed enrollments clear KPIs payout terms Track partner performance lead quality conversion rates student acquisition cost ROI by partner Optimize underperforming partnerships through data analysis strategic adjustments Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely UA team align partner traffic broader acquisition strategies ensure seamless lead handoff Coordinate marketing team provide partners landing pages promotional materials campaign assets Collaborate product/sales team ensure smooth enrollment processes partner-referred students Reporting Analytics Monitor report partnership channel performance number of partners leads generated enrollment conversion CAC by partner revenue contribution Provide regular updates CMO partnership pipeline growth opportunities strategic recommendations Requirements 2+ years partnership management business development affiliate marketing EdTech performance marketing Track record building partnership channels deliver measurable results Strong analytical skills work CAC LTV conversion funnels daily Experience performance-based models Excellent negotiation stakeholder management skills Fluent English Spanish Ownership mentality solve problems independently drive results Strong project management handle multiple partnerships simultaneously prioritize effectively Bonus points experience Colombian Mexican markets Existing network EdTech media content partners LATAM Familiarity CRM tracking tools Background performance marketing growth roles What we can offer Compensation Remote work flexible hours International team across LATAM Europe Growth opportunities fast-scaling company
