    How to contribute to our vision

  • Provide technical support to sales department in the negotiation of new wind farm projects or mods/ups of existing projects.
  • Review technical reports, specifications, design documents, and process definition documentation as part of presales cases evaluation.
  • Resolve technical problems and questions from customers, consultants, sales.
  • Manage projects and advise team members of sales: technical training, coaching, etc.
  • Coordinate with global presales and the technical specialist groups in regional technology and global technology to drive case resolution.
  • Manage presales support cases in salesforce, JIRA; also build dashboards and lead KPI monitoring activity for presales function.
  • Proactively support Product Management activities by assessing and reporting on the technology demands of the market (i.e. client requests and available product gap) to global PLM and business strategy.
  • Proactively develop opportunity matrices based on current site configuration and potential products to apply for sales team and others.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • What you need to make a difference

  • Extensive wind engineering experience in some capacity – presales engineering, Operational Engineering, product development.
  • Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable
  • BS in Systems engineering, Electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering field required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn independently
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, JIRA
  • English language – all forms of communication
  • Customer management (in a technical role) (preferably)
  • Experience managing projects (PMP, LEAN Six Sigma, etc.) (preferably)
  • Working experience in Spanish, Portuguese (preferably)
