- Responsible R&D lead for the transfer of newly developed product specification on site incl. pilot runs and performing equipment qualifications
- Responsible to support manufacturing in quality improvements and change projects within boundaries of current performance specifications
- Contributes to the development of competitive, process-reliable, circular knitted compression stockings and arm garments
- Participates in development projects and responsible for implementation of development sub-projects
- Contributes to the development of quality standards and tolerance ranges in cooperation with Quality Management, Process Management
- Support in the assessment and development of new procedures and equipment and their suitability assessment for the manufacturing process, in cooperation with Process Management and Quality Management
- Design and Co-design of applied production processes and procedures
- Determination and implementation of production trials in cooperation with Process Management and Quality Management
- Supports Operations in the maintenance of the technical systems
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation in the context of product changes
- Fully qualified and completed technical education to certified master craftsman in textile technologies with a focus on knitting technologies or education to textile technology technician
- Fully qualified education as a textile machine mechanic with many years of experience in operation, maintenance and programming of single cylinder knitting machines like Lonati, Merz
- Having a structured mindset and ability for analytical thinking
- Ability to work independent, safe, self-reliant and team-oriented
- Fluent English speaking, ideally solid knowledge of Spanish
- Knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Readiness to travel
