Change and Transformation Specialist

Product Supply Medical (PSM) as part of the Business Unit Health & Medical is responsible for the production of medical devices in compression, wound care and orthopedics.

We have 13 productions sites and a global organization managing Quality, Supply Chain and global initiatives. With about 2.400 employees in Latam, US, Asia, Africa and Europe we are spread across the globe.

Change and Transformation Specialist .

About the Role

As a Change Management professional, you will actively analyze, manage and support change situations as well as develop conception and implementation of change management initiatives.

You will implement communication initiatives, targeting the employees across Reynosa Site.

We are looking for a person who can further develop our existing communication channels and bring new ideas and communication trends into our site.

A person who can strengthen the way we communicate, at all levels, supporting the strategic direction to create an improvement culture.

What You Will Do

Work on strategic communication deliveries, change management processes and support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Accompany projects within Reynosa site from the first analysis through the planning and conception phase to the final implementation towards success
Communication and tracking of status reports including the scope, objectives, benefits and activities of the change projects and identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Development and delivery of local communication plan
Deliver timely, targeted, creative and effective internal communications that meet defined objectives including changes to business process, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs and workshops
Support HR for successful implementation of change management projects on site
Maintain relevant networks to support online communications development
Dedicated leadership communication to support the Reynosa Site manager and Leadership Team is part of the role
Administrative support to the Site Manager (like plan, prepare and execute, local townhalls, conference and meetings, create PowerPoint presentations for events and workshops)

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications and/or Change Management or similar
Minimum of 24 years of work experience
Experience with leading transformative change projects
Good understanding of and experience in change and communication management as well as in online/digital communication and social media
Excellent English knowledge, both written and spoken
Ability to cooperate and network
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Selfdriven and creative
Eager to learn and undertake new responsibilities that come with a new role
