At least 9+ years' experience IT Infra Windows + Vmware + UCS
Good technical knowledge of WINTEL, VMware, UCS Systems.
Strong hands on experience with vSpheres systems administration and support. Including vMotion, HA, DRS, VDS, Affinity rules, vCenter, Storage migration and P2V migration.
Strong experience with vSphere system administration, performance tuning and operations.
Strong knowledge on vCenter server management versions 6.0 or above.
Strong hands-on experience with vSphere problem determination, Capacity planning and root cause analysis.
Excellent in WINDOWS OS troubleshooting, debugging & system recovery.
Working Knowledge of DNS and AD's required for integration. Good Experience on Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016 managing and maintaining Active Directory Objects.
Knowledge on how to configure clustering with Windows.
Knowledge of updating Windows using Windows Update via Internet or WSUS servers.
Good experience on Backup tools and management.
Working knowledge of UCS Blade Systems & EMC storage.
Experience of Configuring and deploying ESXi servers on Cisco C series Rack mounted server and EMC VNXe storages.
Understanding and planning an upgrade plan for a small setup of 2 server, 1 storage setup of ESXi.
Experience of post Windows deployment tasks such as installing and configuring AV, monitoring agent and Windows Updates.
Patching of the vulnerabilities detected in Nessus scans.
Experience of maintaining a Windows Template. Updating at regular schedules.
Understand different business needs and able to set priorities.
Good communication skills as client of all over the globe.
