    We are recruiting a highly organized and effective Sales professional to promote the programmatic success of the organization and its client Universities.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the educational service model to accurately and appropriately communicate with and identify potential students.
    • Provide educational, professional, and personal support through the student's journey from point of enrollment into class start, the extended program & new career by establishing positive rapport, accessibility, and a measured degree of accountability
    • Guide students through securing funding for the extended program
    • Meet 1:1 with students in virtual meetings, exam nights and in weekly check in calls
    • Acts as enrolled students and instructors primary point of contact for all administrative and non-instructional matters prior to introduction class start and during.
    • Build symbiotic relationships with Instructors to provide optimal student engagement and success
    • Facilitate new student orientation, participate in exam nights, and conduct presentations
    • Administers periodic feedback surveys to all students to ensure that their experience in the classroom and with instructional content are meeting expectations
    • Ensures students are meeting performance expectations through daily attendance checks, weekly reviews and immediate grade reviews
    • Coordinates with students and instructors to proactively problem-solve and manage emerging challenges
    • Build relationships with the Admissions team and leadership to cultivate smooth and direct lines of communication for new student acquisition processes.
    • Express and share program details and career opportunities with inquiring potential students to build interest and excitement.
    • Assist in building brand awareness.
    • Answers questions and offers other information as requested or needed.
    • Perform outbound calls to maintain consistent communication with the enrolled student population.
    • Highly motivated and determined to reach target driven goals
    • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
    • Ability to self-motivate to achieve and exceed minimum KPI goals on a team and individual basis
    • Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership over new and different requests

    Requirements

    YOU HAVE...

    • 4 years of experience working in Education or similar fields
    • 4 years working as an account management and/or Admissions Advisor in a higher education environment
    • Experience in remote customer service and sales related to courses, classes, and services.
    • 1-5 years of managerial or supervisory responsibility in an Educational environment.
    • Exceptional phone presence and the ability to build strong and impactful relationships telephonically.
    • Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships via phone to educate, evaluate, and motivate students.
    • Willing to meet the challenge of working in a fast-growing hi-tech company.
    • Can effectively manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects.
    • Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals.
    • Excellent command of the English language, in both written and verbal communications.
    • Behavioral elements such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiasm and meticulousness are highly preferred.
    • Understand and embrace a metrics-driven operation.
    • Google Suite experience preferred
