Position Summary:
Costing activities and delivery internal & external reports on time.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product costing processes (Raw materials, SFG and FG) (Connected Car MFG)
  • SQDC reports for meetings
  • Key Data report
  • Transfer prices file for customs
  • Inventory cycle counts audits.
  • Support for new projects implementation (SAP, Corporate and others)
  • Weekly and monthly analysis of variances (COGS, COM, COGI's, Inventory Adjustments, Revaluation, Scrap, etc).
  • ICO processes as Sales & Purchasing Prices, IR Creation, GTN Monitor verification and errors solving.
  • Billing Process (Waste, scrap and solder dross billing process on time)
  • Support with EMS topics (LGA Sales Prices calculation & EMS price validation, AR & AP)
  • Month End Activities.
  • Internal and external Audit requirements
  • Support in physical inventory process.
  • Monthly / Yearly Cost runs
  • GRC SAP requirements for finance users
  • Internal and external reports on time.
  • Participate in events to promote Harman continuous improvement system (HPS)
  • Problem Solving
  • Ensure the internal control guidelines based on policies.
  • Ensure the reasonableness of the records and operations that affects the inventory, cost and manufacturing expenses.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience at least 1 year with:

  • Product Costing processes.
  • SAP ERP modules FICO, MM.
  • Manufacturing processes
  • Inventory control processes
  • Intercompany Pricing.
  • Financial reporting and analysis.
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel (intermediate).
  • English 90%.

  • The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard.
