About the job:


We are looking for a
Head of Sales to support our growth strategy in Mexico, responsible for our B2B2C distribution channel.

Your main objective will be to develop alliances with partners that can further distribute KiWi to their network, transform KiWi into a sales machine in B2B2C, digital and non-digital channels and continuously use your creativity to make KiWi grow.

You will be the person who owns the entire sales funnel.

While you will lead and accompany our internal sales team and provide coaching to our external sales teams, you will also need to be hands-on by building your own pipeline and hunting these potential new partners/customers.


Your mission:


  • Gain valuable knowledge about KiWi's products and services and the Fintech industry.
  • Support the Growth team in getting the best results out of our strategic partners.
  • Grow your role to develop professionally and contribute to the achievement of KiWi results.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Operate and improve the sales funnel ensuring that growth objectives are met and learning when there are failures.
  • Gather market and customer information, understand the needs of our B2B2C partners and customers.
  • Focus on prospecting new partners, and establish Lead Generation channels to build pipeline.
  • Ensure correct implementation of B2B2C sales strategy and boost acquisition of new merchants.
  • Develop new channels that complement the growth of the company.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Review your own and team's sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed your target.
  • Question continually the sales process to optimize for maximum efficiency across the sales cycle
  • Collaborate and work effectively with different stakeholders, internal and external (such as partners and customers).

Qualifications:


Your profile:


  • Minimum work experience of 8 years, in areas of sales, distribution, marketing, performance, or growth / Hands On Profile.
  • Experience in multinational companies, as well as in entrepreneurial environments
  • Understanding of gotomarket strategies (performance, inbound, organic, etc)
  • Excellent understanding of sales channels (B2C, B2B, B2B2C or indirect channels)
  • Proven experience in building a Pipeline from scratch, establishing different channels
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Focus on results and business growth, with strong acquisition and retention objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related
  • Native in Spanish, fluent/advanced in English
  • Goal oriented, wellorganized and selfstarted personality with a strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about your job and a fastpaced, international working environment
