Mexico City, Mexico- Talent and Recruiting
Talent Management:
- Coach People managers and Individual Contributors (ICs) in talent management practices
- Teamwork with People Managers to ensure onboarding plans are in place for new employees and 30/60/90 day checkins
- Support initiatives related to the immersion of new employees into Netflix Culture
- Engage with managers and Individual contributors on developing feedback skills
- Partner with Talent Management to facilitate workshops and training in English and Spanish
- Partner with Compensation to roll out strategies across the organization (by function and by country)
- Support managers with career conversations, development plans/career growth plans, and other development initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and gather insights on themes
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team on a talent development plan for the function/location aligned with the Talent strategy for the country/region
- Guide managers on 'talent density' and 'keepers test' concepts to ensure highperforming teams
- Partner with the Inclusion and Diversity Team to support the rollout of employeewide inclusion initiatives
- Support reorganizations by focusing on the design, communication, and system updates (ad hoc or mass uploads) in partnership with Employee Services.
Talent Experience:
- Act as the main point of contact for Netflix employees
- Coach People Managers in challenging conversations related to performance, terminations, promotions, and general talent movement.
- Regular pulse syncs with employees and managers to assess leadership and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Talent Experience specialists, Employee Services Generalists & stakeholders (Benefits, Mobility, etc.) to create a proactive approach toward employee experience based on both the global and regional Talent strategies
- Liaison in connecting the dots between Mobility, Benefits, Tax & relocation aligning our people over process approach to the LATAM market & supporting the business.
Data integrity and reporting:
- A periodic check on Workday org structure integrity (e.g. reporting lines, job profiles for accuracy in data analysis)
- Understand reorg/team structure changes and coordinate with TEO and HRBPs on data updates (adhoc or mass upload)
- Manage reporting and analysis that's specialized to the needs of incountry
- Analyze data and observations across the organization around promotions, hiring, exits, highlighting trends, and recommending/driving solutions, as appropriate
Execution of Talent annual programs (360 Feedback, Comp review):
- Provide advice, guidance, and manage questions for Talent Programs
- Partner with HRBPs in the education of these programs through facilitated sessions or coaching at the individual/team level.
Complex case management/leaves of absence/health and safety:
- Coach People Managers in challenging conversations related to keeper tests, terminations, and potential conflict situations.
- Take the lead, partnering with the Employee Legal team and Employee Services team on performance management cases, terminations & exits, longterm disability, LOAs
