    TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEEDExperience of more than 3 years in Human Resources or Recruitment related positionsPrior experience in talent acquisition on administrative, operative and high positionsAbility creating profile descriptions, publishing for vacancies and filter for applicants, excellent attention to detailExcellent performances on recruitment sourcesPrior experience in face-to-face and virtual, deep and competency interviewsLabor and Employment investigations and making of files (high organization skills)

    Excellent communication skills with clients (presenting applicants, negotiating, reviewing profiles)Following to applicants and closing of processesStrategies development for recruitmentElaboration of reports and indicators    QUALITIES
