Who are we looking for

  • A person with effective, clear, professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and amazing energy
  • 1 year of customer service experience (not limited at all to Call Centers)
  • A true team player with a strong sense of humor.
  • The ability to solve problems with different complexity, using multiple tools.
  • Has the ability to use a computer with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook
  • Enjoys a good challenge and opportunity for growth
  • Education level High School Diploma, Technical College or great education

Customer Service:


  • Help and guide customers throughout their journey in the product by answering the users questions
  • Making recommendations for additional services and products that would benefit that user's small business and help them succeed.
