    Coordinador Cuentas por Pagar*Requirements
    :

    • 4 years of experience working with accounts payables.
    Intermediate EnglishBachelor's Degree on Economics, Administrative or/and Financial areas.
    Experience working with LATAM (Preferable)Knowledge in electronic invoicing and accounting    Activities
    Ensure that accounts payable comply with fiscal and accounting requirements.
    Analysis of past due accounts payable and payment projectionsElaborate weekly payment schedulesClean up aging of balancesGenerate follow-up of balances to be checkedSupervise the reconciliation of cfidsGeneral orientation of the payment process to suppliersEnsure recording and provisioning of accounts payableIntercompany supervisionSupervision of contracts for the provision of goods or servicesSupervision and attention to talent service deliveryClosing reports
