Analizar las unidades que el cliente regrese, con el fin determinar la causa raiz del problema de cada una de las unidades.
Realizar las pruebas necesarias al producto de acuerdo al sistemas de la compañia (Inspeccion visual , X-RAY, pruebas funcionales, etc. ) llenar el formato de analisis de falla.
Recolectar la informacion obtenida del analisis ( Imagenes, datos) relacionada con las unidades de retorno de cliente.
En caso de encontrar componentes defectosos revisar con el ingeniero de garantias si es viable la reparacion
Llevar a cabo el registro de cada unidad que entre a garantia, guardarlas en el invetario y posteriormente darte.Recolectar la información obtenida de su análisis, relacionada con las unidades con problemas así como la cantidad de unidades afectadas.
En caso de encontrar problemas de soldadura o de componente determinar si la unidad es reparable y realizar la reparación de la tablilla asegurándose de seguir los lineamientos de calidad del producto.
Notificar los problemas de proceso relacionados a sus actividades diarias para de esta forma contribuir a la mejora de estos.
Llevar a cabo el registro de cada unidad que entra al área de Análisis así como realizar su disposición en el proceso, ya sea material de Scrap o material para reprueba, dicho registro debe ser dentro de los formatos especificados para el proceso.
Determinar la disposición del material entregándola al departamento correspondiente posterior a su análisis.
Tiene autoridad de parar cualquier proceso cuando sea detectada una no conformidad que afecte la calidad del producto y/o medio ambiente.
