Purpose Statement:
Responsible for providing technical direction on CRG's supporting on troubleshooting and responsiveness process.

FA Engineers are a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the implementation and validation of the corrective actions at the site.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Participates in customerfacing CRG Activities.
  • Perform CRG preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Write reports to summarize findings using Microsoft Word, PPT or Excel and convert to PDF as required).
  • Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation.
  • Monitoring CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance data.

Additional Accountabilities:

  • Assist in the assessment and management of third party laboratory services.
  • Support FFs troubleshooting CRGs in both manufacturing and customer sites
  • Support on generation of FA reports
  • Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.
  • 7 Years of related experience is required; 7 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, a plus
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, a plus.
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

  • Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Data driven person with strong statistical knowledge

  • Technical Personal administration

Physical Requirements:

  • General office & Test equipment's and materials

Work Environment:

  • The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
