Purpose Statement:
Responsible for providing technical direction on CRG's supporting on troubleshooting and responsiveness process.

FA Engineers are a key resource for the Focus Factory (FF) team with the implementation and validation of the corrective actions at the site.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Participates in customerfacing CRG Activities.
Perform CRG preparation and initial assessment of defective, electronic, electrical and mechanical parts.
Write reports to summarize findings using Microsoft Word, PPT or Excel and convert to PDF as required).
Establish standard assessment practices and create documentation.
Monitoring CRG performance based on analysis of both Plexus and Costumer performance data.

Additional Accountabilities:

Assist in the assessment and management of third party laboratory services.
Support FFs troubleshooting CRGs in both manufacturing and customer sites
Support on generation of FA reports
Frequent travel may be required to meet the needs of the business
Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is required; a(n) Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies or similar Engineering is preferred.
7 Years of related experience is required; 7 years of related experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, a plus
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, a plus.

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.

Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
Data driven person with strong statistical knowledge
Assertive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

General office & Test equipment's and materials

Work Environment:

The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
