    Global Software company is looking for a Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team in Mexico City. As a global leader in Experience Management software, they serve over 18,000 clients worldwide and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences, building high-performing teams, and designing products that people love. This role offers the opportunity to engage early in project lifecycles, helping customers define their vision and determine feasibility.

    What you'll need to succeed in this role:

    • Bilingual English.
    • 5 – 8 years of experience in professional services or equivalent roles within a SaaS organization (pre-sales).
    • Previous experience scoping and designing solutions for enterprise-level organizations.
    • Detailed understanding of services offered within the SaaS space.
    • Knowledge of implementation timelines, pricing, and RFP process.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Lead Project Discovery and Design Sessions as well as Project Scoping conversations.
    • Design technical solutions that meet customer's business objectives.
    • Operate regularly in ambiguous situations and construct profitably replicable systems.
    • Provide technical expertise for scoping and defining solutions for customers with needs beyond the typical platform capabilities.
    • Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deal well with ambiguity and last-minute changes.
    • Maintain technical excellence with emerging technologies, including competitive technologies.
